Tutorial of Autool SPT101/SPT360

AUTOOL SPT101 Car Spark Plug Tester is for testing the performance and strength of spark plugs. The product simulates actual engine conditions and works up to 6000rpm. It is compatible with all spark plug tests for crankshaft engines and motorcycles on the market. It can also test two holes simultaneously and is designed with a protective cover to ensure the safe operation of maintenance personnel during the test.

Place the Spark Plug into tester socket 1 or 2.
Close up the protective cover, plug in the adaptor to the side socket, connect the tester to the power supply.
Turn the switch six clockwise to power on the tester; indicator five will light up green.
Continue to switch six clockwise; you can adjust the working frequency between 1000rpm/min to 6000rpm/min. The higher the frequency is set, the stronger the spark strength is.

AUTOOL SPT360 is a digital high-frequency tester for testing the performance and strength of spark plugs. The frequency can reach up to 9000 pm and is compatible with spark plug testing of all crankshaft engines and motorcycles on the market. This product can also compare five holes simultaneously, simulate the actual speed, and display digital control, which improves the test accuracy and the work efficiency of maintenance personnel.

Operation introduction 

• Insert the new spark plug into the hole ①, and insert the old spark plug into the hole ②③④⑤.
• Plug the power adapter into the rear of the host ⑩ power port, and the indicator light will go on.
• Turn on the power switch and press the up and down buttons to adjust the operating frequency.

The higher the frequency, the more vigorous intensity of the spark plug.
