Preventing vehicle oil leakage is an essential thing due to oil leakage and machine internal lubricant reduction, resulting in poor lubrication and insufficient cooling of the machine parts, which will cause early damage to the machine parts and even leaving the hidden danger of accidents.

　　In the use of the vehicle, there will often be oil leakage failure, which will directly affect the technical performance of the car, leading to the waste of lubricating oil and fuel, consuming power, affecting the appearance of the car neat and clean, causing environmental pollution. Due to oil leakage, the internal lubricant of the machine is reduced, resulting in inadequate lubrication and insufficient cooling of the machine parts, which will cause early damage to the machine parts and even leave hidden danger of accidents.

　　The main reason for common vehicle oil leakage

　　1. Product (accessories) quality, material, or process is poor; structural design problems.

　　2. Improper assembly speed, with the surface is not clean; the liner is broken, displacement or not according to the specification of the operating procedure for installation.

　　3. Uneven tightening nut screwing force, slip wire broken buckle or loose off, etc., lead to work failure.

　　4. The seal material wears out after long-term use, aging and deterioration, deformation failure.

　　5. Too much lubricating oil is added, the oil level is too high, or the wrong oil is added.

　　6. Parts (side cover class, thin-walled parts) joint surface deformation, shell damage, so that the lubricant seepage.

　　7. After the ventilation plug, check valve blockage, due to the role of the air pressure difference between inside and outside the case, often cause the weak seal oil leakage.

　　Prevent vehicle oil leakage measures

　　1. Pay attention to the role of the liner. Car static parts (such as each joint end face, each end cover, shell, cover gasket, flat enamel cover, etc.) between the parts of the gasket plays a leak-proof sealing role. If the material, production quality, and installation do not meet the technical specifications, it will not play the role of sealing leak-proof and even accidents. Such as the oil pan or valve cover, due to the large contact area and not easy to compact, resulting in oil leakage. 2.

　　4. Avoid blocking the check valve and ventilation valve. This causes the temperature in the case to rise, oil and gas-filled with the entire space, the discharge does not go out, so that the pressure in the case to increase the consumption of lubricant and shorten the replacement cycle. Engine ventilation system blockage increases the resistance of the movement of the piston so that oil consumption increased. Due to the effect of air pressure difference inside and outside the case, it often causes oil leakage at the weak seal. Therefore, the vehicle needs to be regularly inspected, unclogged, and cleaned. 5.

　　5. Properly solve all kinds of oil pipe joint seals. Vehicle coupling nut often disassembled, easy to slip wire broken buckle and loose, will cause oil seepage. Replace the coupling nut, use the grinding method to solve its taper seal so that the nut compression and solve the seal.

　　6. Avoid hub oil dumping. Hub bearings and cavity grease too much, or its oil seal assembly improper, poor quality and aging failure; frequent braking caused by high hub temperature; loose axle nuts, etc., will cause the hub to dump oil. Therefore, we should use the “cavity lubrication method (i.e., the right amount of lubrication)” to unclog the ventilation holes.
