The main reason for common vehicle oil leakage
1. Product (accessories) quality, material, or process is poor; structural design problems.
2. Improper assembly speed, with the surface is not clean; the liner is broken, displacement or not according to the specification of the operating procedure for installation.
3. Uneven tightening nut screwing force, slip wire broken buckle or loose off, etc., lead to work failure.
4. The seal material wears out after long-term use, aging and deterioration, deformation failure.
5. Too much lubricating oil is added, the oil level is too high, or the wrong oil is added.
6. Parts (side cover class, thin-walled parts) joint surface deformation, shell damage, so that the lubricant seepage.
7. After the ventilation plug, check valve blockage, due to the role of the air pressure difference between inside and outside the case, often cause the weak seal oil leakage.
Prevent vehicle oil leakage measures
1. Pay attention to the role of the liner. Car static parts (such as each joint end face, each end cover, shell, cover gasket, flat enamel cover, etc.) between the parts of the gasket plays a leak-proof sealing role. If the material, production quality, and installation do not meet the technical specifications, it will not play the role of sealing leak-proof and even accidents. Such as the oil pan or valve cover, due to the large contact area and not easy to compact, resulting in oil leakage. 2.

Hub bearings and cavity grease too much, or its oil seal assembly improper, poor quality and aging failure; frequent braking caused by high hub temperature; loose axle nuts, etc., will cause the hub to dump oil.
