Function instructions of AUTOOL LM120

Function instructions

1.Refrigerant filling and pressure inspection

A. The instrument can display the corresponding pressure evaporation temperature and co-condensation temperature during the refrigerant pressure test

B. If the temperature sensor probe is connected to the instrument, the temperature sensed by the temperature probe will be displayed simultaneously, T1 sensor and T2 sensor. When the temperature probe is connected to the refrigeration system, it should be well fitted with the copper tube of the refrigerant channel.

C. After the corresponding refrigerant model is set up during the test, the temperature sensor probe is connected to the instrument, and the instrument can automatically change and read out the SH – superheating, and SC – supercooling.

  1. Vacuum operation

Connect the instrument to the refrigeration system according to the figure below.

Open the blue valve and red valve, and start the vacuum pump for vacuum operation.

After the extraction, turn the blue valve and red valve of the instrument to the closed state and turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump.

At this time, the model can be adjusted to the leakage test state to observe whether there is leakage in the pipeline of the refrigeration system. If there is, the leakage point can be further checked for maintenance; If there is no leakage, the next refrigerant filling operation can be carried out.

3.Pressure Leak Test

When the instrument is on, the blue valve and red valve are closed.

Press the mode button to switch the instrument to the leakage test mode, and press the start/stop button to start the leakage test record,

At this time, the initial pressure value is recorded in the left pressure display area; The right pressure display area displays the real-time pipeline pressure value “Δ The “P” display area shows the difference between the initial pressure and the current pressure; The time display area shows the leak test time in hours: minutes (HH: mm). All the pressure units on the screen are the same unit. You can switch different pressure units by pressing the unit key.

When the test is finished, press the start/stop button again to stop the leakage test.
